FOOT PEDAL DESIGN FOR XBOX360 AXE

One of the best supporters of Fretbuzz is a strapping young lad named Kyle. He is a guitar hero mod master. He made this crazy multi-platform guitar hybrid that is BOTH a wireless PS2 axe AND a wired Xbox360 axe! If that's not enough, he write up this sweet how-to guide for The Zero Guide.

Did you ever see that phone jack that's built into the GH3 Red Octane controllers? Ever wonder what it's for, or what i's CAPABLE of? Well Kyle knows. He discovered that the jack can be used to trigger an additional button - an invisible button that is not part of the controller, or the Guitar Hero games (yet). However, this could be very useful for people (geeks like me) who are using a PC to intepret the controller's button states to do things outside of Guitar Hero, the game. I will need to step to the plate and design a use for this extra "mystery button" within Fretbuzz. Then you can build his foot pedal, then hooray you've got an extra button for use in some cool way.

Kyle, you're a true rocker, thank you! Everyone, here's his foot pedal how-to guide:
